Hi all you murvilovers out there!

this is the first and opening blog- a place where you can post your tips, travels and top modifications to your Murvi.

I hope we can share our enjoyment of motorhoming in these unique and brilliant 'vans.

Pam and I look forward to reading and writing with you, in between meeting you when we can.

  1. We see so few Murvi's out there it is great to have a club for their owners.

Our Morello has just gone back to Fiat for the "judder" modifications, not that we get that much. We thought that we'd better get it done so it does count against it when we come to sell, though selling is a long way away! By the end of the week it'll be back at home for some testing.

  2. Hello to everyone,
Good luck with the judder modifications Garf, hope it sorts out the problem, what are you having done? New engine mounts or work on the gearbox?
Well done to Pam and Paul for starting the club.

  4. I agree with Garf, not many Murvis around. In fact in 13 years of Murvi-ing, mostly on the continent, we have only ever seen two abroad - both Mallards. A silver one on camping An der Schwentine at Malente (Northern Germany) in May 98, and the second on Camping le Grande Fort (Dutch owned) near Issoire (France) in May 2002. I wonder if either couple are still Murvi-ites and in this club?

  5. great to read you all doing so much travelling- makes us both wish we could too> i am still working and use our Morello to stay in down in Swansea most weeks for a night or two, whilst delivering workshops for DVLA. Its cosy and better than any hotel! If you're passing the Riverside at Swansea (1min from the M4) yo can drop down for a coffee. We're off to the Newbury show next weekend- see some of you there.
